Cookie policy

What cookies and similar technologies en.aipia.it stores in your browser, why, and how to change your choice at any time. Written to match what the site actually does — not boilerplate.

Cookies we use

This site uses two categories of cookies.

1. Technical cookies (always active)

Strictly necessary cookies for site functionality: consent preference management and secure navigation. They do not identify the user.

  • aipia-consent-v1 — stores your consent choice (granted or denied) for Google measurement and marketing cookies. Storage: browser localStorage, persistent until manual cleanup.

2. Measurement and marketing cookies (only with your consent)

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we load Google services to measure site usage and attribute conversions from our active marketing campaigns. Until you give consent, these services are blocked at the script level via Google Consent Mode v2 with all advertising and analytics storage set to denied.

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM-MWF52Z95) — orchestrates the firing of measurement tags. By itself it does not set tracking cookies; the cookies come from the tags configured inside the container.
  • Google Tag (GT-PBCSZNVD) / Google Analytics 4 — statistical analysis of site usage. Sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (Google LLC, USA). Maximum duration: up to 2 years.
  • Google Ads (AW-17450703952) — conversion attribution for AIPIA marketing campaigns. Sets cookies such as _gcl_au and others managed by Google. Maximum duration: up to 90 days.

How to change your choice

You can revoke or modify your consent at any time. Open your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage → https://en.aipia.it, and delete the aipia-consent-v1 entry. The banner will appear again on your next visit, and Google services will return to the default denied state until you choose again.

You can also clear all site data for en.aipia.it via your browser settings.

International data transfers

Google services may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, primarily to the United States. The legal basis for transfer is the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented where applicable by additional safeguards as required by the European Data Protection Board.
